There\'s room to develop the studios. They sit on a large plot of land (4,150sqm approx) so there\'s an extra 200sqm building allowance. Alternatively, if there is a successful \'change of use\' application to rental properties, the building allowance can be extended to 800sqm. One thing that would be worth considering is a swimming pool. There\'s more than enough room and it doesn\'t count as part of the building allowance.
